HypnoBirthing – The Marie Mongan method.
The next dates for a shared course are as follows:
Sunday 9th,16th, 23rd, 30th November and 14th December.
All sessions are on a Sunday from 11.30am to 1.30pm in our city centre clinic. Ideally you will be at least 26 weeks pregnant when starting.
The course is £160 per couple. This includes our five sessions together, the HypnoBirthing book written by Marie Mongan, the Rainbow Relaxation CD and all hand-outs needed for home practice. This course will be for a maximum of three couples.
