Our next Baby Massage course starts on 2nd September and runs every Wednesday morning until 7th October.
Baby massage is a long standing tradition in many cultures around the world and in this class you’ll learn gentle massage routines that you’ll be able to incorporate into you and your baby’s daily lives. The benefits to baby massage are numerous and our parents report that the class helped with relaxation for them and baby, relief from colic & wind and strengthening the bond between parent and child, amongst other things! This class is entirely baby-led, with lots of opportunity to practice, so if your little one naps through the first part of the class or just isn’t in the mood, there’s still ample time to try after our mid-class break (where we’ll have home-made cake, teas and coffees). We welcome babies from birth to a year old, though the skills learned in this class are lifelong, and we hope you’ll be able to continue practising long after our final class together. Time: W.ednesdays 10am - 12pm
Cost: £45 for a 6 week course, including handouts, refreshments and oils.
